VISHAL CHOPDA

The team harmonizer – meticulous and analytical.

He is the founding partner and heads the Audit and Indirect Tax practice of the firm. He has handled a wide range of clientele across industries. His understanding and in-depth knowledge in the field of audits and ability to apply complex accounting principles enables him to identify the anomalies buried in thousands of electronic transactions and in turn improve the quality of client’s decision making.

He says he finds joy and purpose in lifting the anxiety and burden away from his clients so that they can focus on what they do best.

Vishal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor in Commerce and an internship at H.C Khincha& Co. He has cleared certification course on GST from ICAI and has also attended the Diploma Information System Audit course held by ICAI.

He is associated with many organizations like Infinitheism (erstwhile known as Alma Mater) and JITO Youth Bangalore to name a few.
An artist and nature lover – in his free time, you will find Vishal out on a long drive or spreading vivid colors on a canvas. He also enjoys Basketball and playing the flute.

ANKIT KATARIA

The team leader – ingenious and precise.

He is the founding partner and heads the Business Advisory & Accounting team of the Firm. He enjoys working with business owners and helping them understand how their businesses could be more compliant by implementing controls whichcould empowerthem to be more successful. He specializes in setting up startups and caters to all their accounting and tax needs. He heads the technology initiatives of the firm and aims to make it a ‘paper less’ office.

He says, his profession appeals to him because he gets to add value to business processes and watch his clients grow from ground up. He believes his client’s success is his success.

Ankit entered the accounting profession in 2007 after earning a Bachelors in Commerce. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. He has cleared Certification coursesin GST and Litigation management from ICAI and in NCFM Dealers modules –Financial Markets, Derivatives and Capital Markets Segment. His interest in capital markets and staying well informed on current affairs add practicality to the client solutions he offers.

He is an active member of JITO Youth Bangalore. In his free time, he enjoys reading, cycling and swimming or a game of volleyball. He is an avid traveler cum trekker. He is fond of antiques and historical places.

Sneha kataria

The team accelerator – enthusiastic and unwavering.

She heads the Direct Tax Practice and Litigation of the firm. She is passionate about reading and interpreting tax laws and has a diverse background and experience in the field. She believes in empowering her clients by educating them and simplifying the rules as much as possible to facilitate informed decision.

She has a remarkable set of academic qualifications to her credit, from being a Commerce graduate, a Company Secretary who was awarded the Saraswati Dhanuka Memorial Award to being a qualified Chartered Accountant. Her passion to step up her learning curve made her pursue and earn a Law degree as well. She has cleared the certification course on GST from ICAI and has also attended the Diploma Information System Audit course held by ICAI. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, she worked with H.C Khincha& Co and Ernst & Young as a Tax Consultant.

She is associated with organizations like FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) and ArhamVijja Foundation.

Be it bungee jumping or scuba diving or a dip in a frozen Zanskar river, Sneha is always up for new adventures. She is spiritually inclined and loves to give back to society. She is a Certified trainer in Arham Pregnancy Course and enjoys teaching underprivileged children.
